Chinese LED Company Yangzhou Longyao Purchases more AIXTRON CRIUS MOCVD tools for HB GaN LEDs

AIXTRON AG announced a substantial multiple order for additional MOCVD tools from Yangzhou Longyao, a LED manufacturing company in Yangzhou, PR China. Yangzhou Longyao is a subsidiary of Rainbow Optoelectronics Material Shanghai Co. Ltd., China, a long time customer of AIXTRON MOCVD equipment.
