Foshan Lighting held its first stakeholder meeting of 2015 on December 25. The meeting approved the election of non-independent directors and other agenda. Among FSL’s six new non- independent director members, five went to members from State- owned asset Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province and won the election with high votes. (Foshan Lighting) investor lawsuit, the company has contested jurisdiction causing a six months postponement of the court hearing. In late Sept. this year, 515 investors filed compensation lawsuits against the company due to misrepresentation of company finances.
