Ledman Optoelectronic Co., Ltd.’ CEO Martin Lee has flied to Frankfurt on October 10, to Sign a stock purchase and transfer agreement with Orion Consult GmbH’s CEO Michel Hettinga. As the agreement takes effective, Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd. has 51% shares of Ledman Europe GmbH. Ledman Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd. mainly sales LED products .
