LED equipments of the year, MOCVD with the Best Yield

TurboDisc MaxBright® MHP™ GaN MOCVD Multi-Reactor System Veeco  MOCVDs are crucial to LED chip production. The quality, efficiency, and yield of epitaxial wafers may affect the cost and output of the LED epitaxial wafer plant. Veeco’s MaxBright MHP, the new GaN MOCVD Multi-Reactor System, is considered a highly efficient device.  Compared with the original MaxBright, the MaxBright MHP showed a 20% improvement of the LED chip wavelength uniformity. Thermal management and process compatibility are also improved so that each reaction process will improve the uniformity. The company has greatly enhanced the yield of 2-inch and 4-inch wafers by using the FlowFlange technology, thus they received the MOCVD with the Best Yield award.
