The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in conjuntion with the Canadaian government have recalled about 25,000 TCP PAR38 LED lamps over electrical shock hazards.

The lens of the bulb can shatter in the lamp or the lens fall off and shatter, posing a laceration and burn hazard.
