Faced with an increase in migration and a high influx of tourists in recent years, city officials embarked on a committed move to revitalize the city through a Clean & Green Environment program. Utilizing energy-efficient roadway lighting is one of the core initiatives, leading to the introduction of energy-efficient LEDs at its streets in an extensive collaboration with GE Lighting.
