Mitsubishi Introduced a New Color TFT LCD Module

Mitsubishi Electric has introduced a new color TFT LCD module in a 960×540 quarter high definition (QHD) format, which suits to video monitors for broadcasting purposes as it enables easy conversion from full HD resolution.

The 9.0’’ AA090AA01 color TFT LCD module offers high front contrast ratio of 1000:1, a 170° vertical/ horizontal wide viewing angle, sharp motion capability with less than 8 ms1 of response speed and half the resolution of 1,920×1,080 full HD screens vertically as well as horizontally, a color gamut of 72% on NTSC standards.

It comprises a LED backlight that offers a 100,000 h operating life and also features a white LED backlight unit that provides an inverter-free operation. In addition, the TFT LCD module is mercury-free and includes an integrated LED driver.
