Changfang Lighting General Manager Resigns

Shenzhen ChangFang Light Emitting Diode Lighting (Changfang Lighting) announced today the company’s Chairman and General Manager Deng Zichang has resigned from his role as GM.

In a resignation letter submitted by Deng, he said the decision was made so he could focus on his role as company Chairman as the company continues to grow and expands its businesses. Deng will continue to act as company Chairman and participate in company board committee after stepping down from GM role.

Deng’s retirement as company GM will not affect company operations. According to company protocols and related regulations, the resignation is immediately effective once sent to the board of trustees. He will continue to act as the company GM until a new replacement is found.

According to the company announcement, Deng possesses 69.73 million company stocks. The company Chairman promised not to commission sales or transfer the shares during a 36 month period after the company is listed on the Chinese bourse. He also promised not to repurchase stocks already issued by the company.
