Cree announced that it has extended its existing agreement with STMicroelectronics for silicon carbide supply with double value of the original agreement. Semiconductor equipment providers Veeco and K&S (Kulicke & Soffa) announced their financial results respectively. The two companies both reported business decline for the previous quarter.
