Newsun Develops AC POWER LED without Driver

Chinese firm Newsun has announced to develop a real AC POWER LED after seven years of research and development in collaboration with Professor Edson Products. According to Newsun, there is no need for a transformer to change the power from AC to DC. What's more it doesn't need an LED driver.
