Miro, the visual collaboration platform with more than 60 million users worldwide, has selected Sony display solutions for its new 10,000-square-metre modular and flexible office in the Netherlands. The installation, delivered by AV integrator Windside Digital, includes over 40 Sony BRAVIA Professional Displays across meeting rooms and a flagship Sony Crystal LED (CLED) display in the building’s café and event space.
The project reflects Miro’s mission to create innovative and inspiring workplaces for its employees and partners. Designed to support creativity and collaboration across global teams, the new headquarters is built as a modular environment where every space can flexibly adapt to meet hybrid working needs.

BRAVIA Professional Displays for meeting and collaboration
As part of the deployment, Windside Digital installed a total of 40 Sony BRAVIA Professional Displays across more than 40 meeting rooms. Models include the BZ40L and BZ30L series, ranging from 50-inch to 75-inch sizes. These displays deliver outstanding 4K HDR picture quality, Pro Mode for flexible configuration, and seamless integration with leading conferencing solutions.
A key factor in Miro’s decision was Sony’s Deep Black Non-Glare (DBNG) technology, available on the BZ40L and BZ53L series. This feature ensures vivid, high-contrast images even in bright meeting rooms with glass walls, providing clarity without distracting reflections. For a company focused on creativity and communication, having crystal-clear visuals in every meeting was considered essential.
In everyday use, the BRAVIA displays enable easy video conferencing, collaborative whiteboarding sessions, and presentations with international colleagues, ensuring that distributed teams remain fully connected.
A striking Crystal LED centrepiece
At the heart of the new office is a large-scale Sony CLED display from the CH Series, mounted in its Flexible Stand configuration, installed in the café and social space. With its ultra-fine pixel pitch, wide colour gamut and exceptional brightness, the CLED creates a stunning canvas for company-wide events, presentations, and immersive experiences. The display functions as a focal point for all-hands meetings and live broadcasts, embodying Miro’s values of openness and inclusivity.
Wilco Poppelier, Workplace Strategy and Projects, at Miro, said:
"The Miro office is designed to be dynamic and flexible, and Windside Digital advised us to use Sony's BRAVIA technology as this fits all Miro requirements perfectly: non-glare, high-bright and remotely manageable. The Crystal LED installation sprang out when comparing the design of this Sony stand and the screen quality with other vendors in the market.”
Sustainability as an added benefit
While DBNG performance was the primary deciding factor, sustainability was also an important consideration for Miro. Sony’s professional display portfolio incorporates energy-saving features such as automatic light sensors and efficient power management. The use of SORPLAS™ recycled plastic in many BRAVIA models further reduces environmental impact.
These sustainability credentials, though secondary, reassured Miro that the technology aligned with its broader corporate values.
Wilco Poppelier, Workplace Strategy and Projects at Miro, added:
“At Miro, we believe that the spaces people work in should be just as innovative as the tools they use. Sony’s displays help us bring that vision to life—whether it’s connecting with colleagues worldwide or inspiring teams during live events. Knowing that the displays also support sustainable practices was a crucial benefit.”

Collaboration with Windside Digital
The expert consultation and installation were carried out in close collaboration with Windside Digital, who managed design, integration, and delivery across the site. Windside Digital is a forward-looking specialist that blends technical expertise with creative, high-impact visual experiences, promising pixel-perfect delivery and measurable improvements in visibility and communication for venues and brands. Petra Norinder, Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Sony Europe, commented:
“Miro is a company that thrives on creativity and innovation, and we are proud to support them with display solutions that reflect those values. Our close work with Windside Digital ensured that the installation matched Miro’s ambitious workplace vision. Together, we are showing how technology can create inspiring, collaborative spaces, while also contributing to smarter and more responsible operations.”
Empowering the future of work
For Miro, the adoption of Sony display technology is more than a facilities upgrade—it is a strategic step in shaping the future of work. By combining a modular office environment with state-of-the-art display solutions, Miro ensures its employees are equipped with the tools and spaces they need to innovate and collaborate in a hybrid-first world.
With over 40 BRAVIA Professional Displays and a flagship Crystal LED wall, the new office stands as a showcase of what’s possible when design, technology, and teamwork converge.
