Nora Lighting Art Glass Pendants Now Feature 10 W LED Lamps with Dimmable Driver

Nora Lighting introduces Nicolas, a new series of hand-blown Italian art glass pendants that accept a wide range of lamp sources, including 10W LED luminaires with dimmable drivers.

With sleek modernist styling, Nicolas features an unusual “granite effect” when illuminated. Textural metal shavings are embedded in multiple layers of glass, creating patterns, swirls and tonal variations in granite brown, white and amber.

A rolled lip at the bottom of the fixture visually diffuses the light source. Nicolas measures 6” in diameter and has a 10 ½” length. Wall sconces are available in five mounting styles.

In addition to the 10W LED, Nicolas can be specified in lamp types and wattages that include: 40W G9, 60W E12 candelabra base and 100W E26 medium base A19 line voltage; 50W bi-pin G5.3 / 6.35 low voltage; and 13W to 26W GU24 CFL, self-ballasted.

Multiple mounting options present greater installation flexibility, including: Nora rail, mini rail, track, mini track or canopy mount with the Nora QuickJack system.

QuickJack features pendant cables that attach directly to Nora QuickJack mounts on monopoint canopies or rail and track systems. The pendant assembly metal fitting inserts directly into the QuickJack receptacle and hand-tightens. No wire or special tools are required and two cable lengths are available, which can be field shortened.

Nora Lighting products can be seen in lighting showrooms and electrical distributorships nationwide.
