Qingdao Jason Electric, the manufacture of deep ultraviolet light emitting diodes (DUV LEDs) announces that with improvement of their DUV LEDs technology, they have improved their UVC LEDs lifetime to a guaranteed 10,000 hrs, and this is the world’s most cutting-edge technical result. The production line now includes 2mw, 5mw, 10mw and 30mw products.
