DOE Advanced Research Projects Agency Issues $125 M Funding Opportunity

The U.S. Department of Energy's Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA-E) has announced an open funding opportunity for up to $125 million, OPEN 2015, that may be of interest to the solid-state lighting community.
