Veeco Receives Massive Landmark Order for MBE R&D System From Nanjing University

Veeco Instruments announced that it has received the first order from a Chinese customer for its GENxplor™ R&D Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) System. Nanjing University is scheduled to receive the system in the second quarter of 2016. The GENxplor system is the number one selling MBE system worldwide since its introduction in August 2013.
