The city of Bryan has planned to install two LED luminaries from Cooper Lighting, to replace its 150-watt high-pressure sodium(HPS) street lighting fixtures for more energy-efficient street lighting. KU Environs Plans to Install LED Lighting

Reportedly, KU Environs is proposing the installation of LED lights throughout campus to make campus lighting energy efficient. At present, the group has installed a set of LED lights as a demonstration on West Campus.
