GE Lighting Spent $15-20 million to Acquire Lightech

Reportedly, GE Lighting has injected  $15-20 million to acquire  Lightech Ltd., which is still caught in legal proceedings following the failure of its acquisition by Carmanah Technologies Corporation. It’s said that Lightech was formed by David Schreiber and his son Zvi, who serves as CEO in 1992. The company specializes in components for managing the energy supply to lighting units in order to save energy.
