An innocuous looking water slide in Bad 1 pool on the German coast of Bremerhaven offers riders a trippy experience resembling interstellar travel, reported Gizmodo recently.
According to a Daily Mail report, the water slide manufactured by Hartwigsen/Aquarena was renovated in 2012 into the LED water slide it is today.
The LED lighting effects has made the trip down the 25-feet (7.62 meter) tall and 256-feet (78 meter) long waterslide in some sections similar to a disco dance floor and other places similar to a star-lit sky.
Perhaps this could be a new niche market sector for LED manufacturers to look into?
