Samsung and Luming Technology Sign Strategic LED Partnership Agreement

Samsung Electric senior executives of its LED business arm and Chinese lighting manufacturer Luming Technology have signed a LED strategic framework partnership agreement.

Under the agreement, the two companies will be collaborating on the LED products and technology related to smart street lighting.

Representatives from the two companies that signed the agreement at Dalian, China included Samsung Electric’s Vice Kyungseok Oh, Executive Vice President, LED Business of Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions, Guoqing tang, Guoqing Tang, President, LED Business Unit, China, Samsung,Xiao Zhiguo. Chairman, Luming Science & Technology Group, and Wenming Xu, CEO of Luming Science and Technology Group.
