Gooee, the world’s first ‘full-stack’ lighting ecosystem provider, is unveiling its new technology via a fully interactive demonstration at its stand at the International Consumer Electronics Show 2016 (CES).
Since its recent announcement of partnerships and working associations with seven Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including Havells Sylvania, the Aurora Group, Gerard Lighting and John Cullen Lighting, Gooee has continued to focus on developing its technology alongside them.
CES takes place every year in Las Vegas, attracting more than 3,500 exhibitors and in excess of 150,000 attendees.
Jan Kemeling, Gooee’s Chief Commercial Officer, says: “2016 is going to be a big year for us and it all starts at CES. We are experiencing consistently high demand for an interoperable, scalable lighting system within the built environment and are continuing to develop our technology to provide the full lighting solution. From LED performance monitoring to occupancy detection, we can demonstrate the key benefits relevant to any business.”
Environmental intelligence is one core benefit that luminaires with Gooee inside can provide. Features include automated control, energy reporting, predictive maintenance, occupancy detection, ambient light levels, white colour tuning and LED performance reporting.
Human Engagement, another benefit, offers location based engagement, personalised user experiences and security tracking.
Product and Asset tracking, the final benefit, features 360-degree life cycle, asset management and Citizen Centric Data. Advances in technology have made it possible to print circuitry that encompasses power and communication capabilities. These smart labels, containing RFID or Bluetooth, can be applied to products and assets and be identified within the Gooee ecosystem.
