Gooee Partners Engineering Contractor TClarke to Support Smart Buildings in UK

Smart lighting solution provider Gooee announce its partnership with TClarke, a UK engineering company. The two partners signed a 5-year UK exclusive agreement enabling the Building Services Group to sell, install and maintain the Gooee suite of smart building products. As part of this agreement, TClarke has also taken a strategic shareholding in Gooee.

This strategic partnership will enable Gooee’s platform to be deployed at scale throughout the UK and for the company to grow whilst taking advantage of the rapidly increasing demand for proptech solutions, focused on delivering smart and sustainable workspaces.

According to Gooee, the investment and collaboration will allow the company to leverage its expertise to meet the growing demands from building owners and occupiers in making their buildings more energy-efficient as well as to reduce costs and meet environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments or Government regulations.

The Government’s Committee on Climate Change has said that if the UK’s target to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 is to be achieved, all new buildings will need to be net-zero carbon within a decade. In support of this, a new initiative by the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) has seen 23 of the UK’s leading commercial property owners sign up to a commitment to tackle the growing risks of climate change through the delivery of net-zero carbon real estate portfolios. Gooee’s products are positioned to assist building owners in meeting these challenges.
