Chinese Conglomerate Jin Hui Holdings Cooperates with LED Joint Venture for Energy Saving Solutions

Chinese conglomerate Jin Hui Holdings have developed a partnership with LED International joint venture Strongbase New Shenzhen for energy saving solutions.

According to an energy management contract, the JV will complete the installation of LED energy saving light bulbs.

Strongbase New Shenzhen is a JV between LED's wholly-owned subsidiary, LED International Energy Conservation Holdings, and So Hing Chung, Ip Po Kwong, Hui Shun and Yung Chiu Hong.

In LED's directors’ opinion, the initial expense of supplying the LED lighting solutions will be recovered within 30 months after they have been installed.The directors also anticipate that the first installations under the framework agreement will take place in March.
