CIVILIGHT Shenzhen Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd defended China patent on April 19, the 2nd day of 2012 ‘Light + Building’ Frankfurt trade fair, Frankfurt, Germany, Europe.
CIVILIGHT has adhered its enterprise value, “To be a respected corporation, and enhance human lighting with technologies”, to be a responsible company with highly customers recommendation since its establishment. Independent research and development is always CIVILIGHT’s motivation. As a result, more than 200 national or international patents have been certified to CIVLIGHT. They include LED and LED lighting, utility models, appearance designs and etc.
Last few years, numbers of companies infringed or abused the copyrights against CIVILIGHT with lack of awareness of intellectual property rights. These actions caused the critical damage of CIVILIGHT’s company image, marketing promotion and also credits among customers. In order to protect the copyrights of CIVILIGHT and its customers, CIVILIGHT decided to apply the execution of patents protection.
In the verification, a Chinese company was determined to infringe CIVILIGHT variety of patents including LED bulbs and spotlights products. The related displays, promotional materials and advertisings were ordered to be removed from trade fair scene immediately by German customs.
