Victoria Lighting Upgrade Hopes to Save $750,000 Over Decade

The city of Victoria partnered with Chevron Energy Solutions to install LED lights, put many little lights clustered together, in 85 of its traffic lights, including an energy management system, thermostats and control sensors at the library.
