Recently, Seoul Semiconductor has initiated two actions asserting claims of patent infringement against Philips which was filed in Germany in March and in Korea in May, individually. Veeco has released its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. According to Veeco's Chief Executive Officer, John R.
