Philips and Lemnis Lighting share LED lighting solutions

Recently, Lighting manufacturer Philips and LED lamp maker Lemnis Lighting signed a license agreement. On the basis of the agreement, Lemnis would join Philips licensing program for LED-based luminaries and retrofit bulbs. And Philips would obtain access to the LED-lamp architecture and control patents of Lemnis.

A director of Philips noted, through the licensing, Philips would accelerate the adoption of LED lighting and foster the growth of the LED industry. And Lemnis would be benefit from Philips innovations.
 
A leader of Lemnis Lighting said, the agreement would push Lemnis to adopt LED lighting solutions in mass markets, and it reinforced its customers to continue to grow their LED lamps and luminaries business.
