Osram Sets up New Social Media Channel for LEDVANCE

Osram’s U.S. branch announced on Twitter recently it kickstarted a social media channel for its separate lighting business entity LEDVANCE.

The German lighting giant spun off its LED Lighting Solutions business with its Classical Lamps and Ballast business into a separate entity. The carve out and branding of the business took place in January 2016, and became an official legal entity early this month

LEDVANCE is searching for a potential acquisitor.
