Philips and China-based Kingsun Optoelectronics entered into an “LED application development alliance” collaboration agreement

In mid-June, Xuliang Lee, Chairman of Kingsun, expressed in Guangzhou his intentions of building a partnership with other industry players. And yesterday, he reached an "LED application development alliance" cooperation agreement with Philips.

On July 13^th, Philips Lighting global CEO, Dejiang Ma visited Dongguan City in Guangdong Province, and revealed that a collaboration agreement has been reached, which involves the two parties forming an LED lighting applications alliance with Kingsun as the global IT R&D center and production base for Philip’s LED lighting products.

Lee said that the core value of their strategic alliance is the concept of “Achieving win-win through brand-sharing." Guanzhi Huang, General Manager of Kingsun added that Kingsun will share all its success with Philips once a seamless strategic partnership collaboration model is established.
