Several Taiwan manufacturers will be suppliers for Apple

As Apple announced an upgraded MacBook Air, featuring 11.6-inch panel, it is hoped that several manufactories in Taiwan would become one of the suppliers in the supply chain for the machine, such as Foxconn Electronics, Quanta Computer, AU Optronics (AUO),Chimei Innolux (CMI) and so on.

Currently, as Foxconn and Quanta are Apple's major assembly partners, both of are expected to supply panel for the upgraded MacBook Air.

Also, since both AU Optronics (AUO) and Chimei Innolux (CMI) had been aggressive landing orders, the two firms would have the opportunity to become one of the suppliers in the supply chain. And Radiant Opto-Electronics and Kenmos Technology would be responsible for supplying LED backlight units for the unit.
