Aledia to Invest EUR 140 Million for GaN-on-Si Micro LED Production Line in France

French company Aledia who focuses on 3D LED technology announced that it will invest EUR 140 million (US$ 165.82 million) to set up GaN-on-Si Micro LED production line.
