WIMA GmbH & Co.KG appoints Supreme Components International (SCI) as their official franchised non-exclusive distributor for their complete range of products in the markets of India and Vietnam.

SCI, headed by Mr. Vick Aggarwala, a veteran of 38 years, has been in the high technology electronic components and LED lighting business for the past 13 years. Its technical people are always ready to provide free engineering and technical support for design-in activities to its customers. The company has also won many awards, with the most recent ones being the Enterprise 50 (E50) award and the SME 1000 award, recognising it as one of the top 50 companies in Singapore and for having excellent financial performance respectively.

SCI’s corporate head quarter is currently in Singapore.

WIMA, founded by Wilhelm Westermann in Unna/Westphalia in 1948, has a long tradition in the field of passive electronic components and is one of the world’s leading specialists in capacitor production. Having a strong focus on innovation has also enabled it to since the very first day set milestones in capacitor technology. The company specialises in three global business areas: Plastic film capacitors, Paper capacitors and Supercapacitors.
