GE Lighting Solutions and Samsung Electronics Sign Patent License Agreement

GE Lighting Solutions and Samsung Electronics announced the signing of a worldwide patent license agreement.

In this agreement, Samsung is granted a license to practice certain key GE patents in order to make and offer for sale LEDs and LED modules that contain potassium fluoride silicon (PFS) phosphor for the backlighting of LCD display products.
