Hongli Opto-Electronics' Deputy GM Resigns

Guangzhou Hongli Opto-Electronics Co. announced that on Mar. 14th Deputy General Manager and Director Hui Lun resigned due to personal reasons during a board of directors meeting.

According to the company’s policy, resignation of a post becomes effective once it is passed through the board of directors. Hui Lun will no longer hold any company shares. 

Hongli Otp-Electronic’s articles of association states that the resignation of Hui Lun will not cause the board of directors to fall below the required number of members.
