Lifco Acquires Norwegian LED Supplier Nordesign

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of Norwegian Nordesign AS, a supplier of LED-lighting to the Scandinavian market.

In 2015, Nordesign’s sales amounted to approximately 64 MNOK and it has 18 employees. The company will be consolidated in division Construction Material within business area Systems Solutions. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
