Innolux will showcase its cutting-edge display technologies and immersive interactive experiences at 2026 Touch Taiwan from April 8 to 10, spotlighting its professional outdoor, mobile entertainment, and smart airplane cockpit applications. By integrating high-brightness, low-power, and intelligent dimming technologies, Innolux overcomes the toughest operating conditions in extreme environments, delivering stable touch performance, crystal-clear visibility, and lightning-fast response. Spanning multiple sectors — industrial, marine, aerospace, transportation, entertainment, and automotive sectors — these innovations strike the perfect balance between comfort, safety, and interactivity, and redefine visual, in-cabin sensory experiences for the next generation.

Outdoor waterproof touch & miniLED. pioneering professional and entertainment applications
Innolux has launched the industry’s only “15.6" Outdoor Waterproof TOD,” powered by proprietary EF Touch (Electric Field Touch) technology and patented touch IC algorithms. This breakthrough overcomes the limitations of conventional capacitive screens in extreme weather, delivering stable and responsive touch control even in pouring rain or while the user is wearing thick gloves. Designed for industrial PCs, marine and yacht electronics, EV charging stations, smart public kiosks, and even extending to military-grade and specialized medical equipment, it ensures dependable all-weather professional performance.

Also on display are multiple miniLED panels that showcase outstanding high brightness, superior contrast, and ultra-low power consumption. The “17.3" UHD miniLED Local Dimming” delivers up to 1500 nits (min) brightness, making it ideal for EV charging stations, outdoor signage, and marine transport. The “13.3" UHD miniLED Local Dimming” boasts a slim and lightweight design, advanced local dimming, and an impressive LED lifespan of over 50,000 hours, perfectly balancing aircraft payload and fuel efficiency. The “7" WUXGA miniLED Local Dimming” offers high brightness, ultra-low power consumption, and sunglass-readable visibility, boosting operational clarity and battery endurance for outdoor use while expanding possibilities for drone controllers and premium portable displays.

Smart display and naked-eye 3D enhance mobile and multi-scenario experiences
Innolux enhances the mobile usage experience through lightweight design and smart display technology, while showcasing multiple laptop display solutions. The “14" WUXGA Feather Display” weighs only 95 grams with a max thickness of 1.6mm. While maintaining display quality, it reduces the overall device weight, enabling thinner and lighter laptop designs with improved portability. The “14" WUXGA MFD LCD(24~120Hz)” can intelligently switch between 24Hz, 60Hz, and 120Hz according to different usage scenarios, balancing smooth visuals with energy-saving performance. In addition, the “16" WU TID 30Hz~120Hz Display” adopts tTED IC integrated architecture, featuring both low power consumption and high performance for a smoother and more intuitive operating experience in AI laptops.

Additionally, Innolux is showcasing its “16” 3.2K 3D Light-gaming” and “16" WQZGA 240Hz Paper-like Display." The former leverages Innolux’s proprietary N3D technology and advanced 2D-to-3D restoration algorithms to deliver natural, wearable-glasses-free stereoscopic images. Featuring pairing ultra-low latency of sub-1 millisecond and crosstalk suppression design, it significantly enhances viewing comfort and is ideal for entertainment, education, medical imaging, and interactive applications. The latter is equipped with anti-glare, low blue light, flicker-free, and intelligent ambient light sensing technologies. Its diffuse reflection design creates a comfortable paper-like visual experience, greatly improving readability and viewing comfort for prolonged reading and professional image presentation.

Smart dimming revolutionizes the cockpit with upgraded safety and comfort
Innolux has introduced the world’s only “Smart Dimming Sun Visor” that integrates liquid crystal dimming technology with AI intelligent sensing. It automatically adjusts transmittance in response to bright sunlight, tunnels, or intense glare, all in less than one second. This significantly minimizes visual interference from reflections, greatly enhancing driving safety and comfort for both driver and passengers. The visor also features a high-definition mirror mode, seamlessly combining functionality with elegant design for convenient on-the-go grooming. Additionally, Innolux’s exclusive “Smart Dimming wing mirror” employs liquid crystal dimming and multi-angle light sensors to dim instantly within 0.5 seconds, eliminating harsh glare. Integrated with defogging and a highly scratch-resistant surface, it ensures clear rear visibility even in rain or cold weather, significantly improving nighttime safety and elevating the whole driving experience.
