Honglitronic Establishes New Subsidiary to Enhance LED Brand Reputation

During the second annual Honglitronic’s Board of Directors meeting on February 17th, the board approved the establishment of a new subsidiary in Shaoguan, China.

The company plans to use the new subsidiary, Guangzhou Hongli Opto-Electronic Co. Shaoguan Subsidiary, to improve brand reputation for LED applications as well as to provide more efficient and higher quality after market services for clients. The subsidiary does not have enterprise legal person status, and the company will bear the responsibility of civil liability.
