ProLight Unveils Next Generation COB LED with 2-Step MacAdam Ellipse

Since the introduction of COB LED packages for lighting in 2010, ProLight has continuously improved the COB packaging technology. Recently, ProLight announced the new COB series with 2-step MacAdam ellipse guarantee to be industry leading standard in light quality.

The new generation COB C series are designed in small size with high density light source. It also uses high power and current design to allow high lumen density, which give more flexible in lamp/ luminaire design. The C series include the warm white (2700-3000K) and natural white color (4000K) are conformed to 2-step MacAdam ellipse to provide good color uniformity.

The new C series COB specification: ProLight devotes itself in research and development, in the near future, all COB LED will be conformed to 2-step MacAdam ellipse and provide the best color uniformity.
