EV Connect , a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and its innovative cloud-based management software, announced today a collaboration with Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) and Current, powered by GE (NYSE: GE), to provide Hilton properties with hospitality-focused total electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. Hilton Worldwide has promoted to all 3,700 of its U.S. properties EV charging solutions comprised of GE’s WattStationTM and DuraStationTM charging stations and the EV Connect charging management application specifically developed for the hospitality industry and structured for the Hilton family of properties.

“This collaboration between Hilton, EV Connect and Current, powered by GE, represents another inflective moment in the evolution of the electric vehicles eco-system as a viable transportation alternative,” said Scott Jarus, CEO of EV Connect. “By providing this recommended solution to its properties, Hilton has recognized the value and importance of providing the necessary infrastructure and management services for their growing number of guests who drive electric vehicles.”

All charging stations are managed and monitored through the EV Connect Charge Cloud™ platform, and include driver on-boarding, engagement and billing alternatives; access control and front desk support.
