SETi and Seoul Viosys to Showcase UV LED Innovations at BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technology

Sensor Electronics Technology, Inc, (SETi) and Seoul Viosys announced their participation at the BIG IDEAS for UV+EB Technology conference and exhibition taking place on March 19 – 20, 2019 in Redondo Beach, California, USA.

The company will exhibit its innovated UV LED advances including a full spectrum of UV LED from 225nm to 405nm that covers a wide range of applications from horticulture lighting to disinfecting.

BIG IDEAS is an event focus on the global space for UV+EB technology including 3D printing, additive manufacturing, UV LED, printing, automotive, data-driven materials and more. The BIG IDEAS conference provides an industry forum to discuss the future of UV and EB technologies while learning more about the applications and science.

“UV technology and the applications they are used in are undergoing a dynamic evolution, fueled by the significant increases in efficiency, power output, and reliability of today’s UV LEDs,” explained Dr. Peter Barber, director of business development for SETi and Seoul Viosys in the Americas. “This improvement in UV LED performance has led to an expansion of the applications where UV LEDs can be employed, including disinfection systems, as well as horticultural lighting applications.”
