Several lighting products will further shine under the OSRAM name in China.
With the successful extension of the existing brand license agreement, Traxon Technologies Limited and its Chinese subsidiary Traxon Lighting Ltd. have taken an important step: They will continue to hold their unique position as long-term licensees for a broad range of OSRAM-branded lighting products in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. This agreement secures continuity for customers and partners in the region and underlines the long-term strategic importance of these markets for both companies. The authorized scope comprises the product categories of general lighting luminaires, including both professional and consumer lighting luminaires, dynamic lighting products (e.g., luminaires), light poles, and associated light pole accessories.
