Royal Philips, the global leader in lighting, has launched a new technology enabling city authorities to retrofit existing LED street lights with the first of its kind Philips CityTouch connector node, a ‘plug &play’ system that uses the cellular network to connect LED street lights from any manufacturer for remote management by Philips CityTouch software.
