[News] Daktronics to Highlight dvLED Solutions at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas

News Source:

Daktronics of Brookings, South Dakota, is headed to this year’s InfoComm 2026 show in Las Vegas, Nevada, from June 17-19. As part of the showcase for Daktronics, multiple products will be available to see firsthand, including MicroLED advancements, COB (Chip On Board) dvLED solutions, bendable modules, street furniture applications, Speed Frame mounting solution and the company’s “module wall” to compare differing pixel pitches of LED technology.

“I love this time of year and visiting with colleagues at InfoComm,” said Jim Vasgaard, Daktronics national sales manager for the AV sales channel. “Not only do we get to showcase our latest and greatest technology, but we get to connect with our partners and customers, have deeper, meaningful conversations with them, and come away from these interactions reinvigorated about the opportunities for the audiovisual marketplace.”

Inside Daktronics’ Booth
As Daktronics fully embraces the COB product for indoor applications and AV integrator solutions, 1.2-millimeter and 1.5-millimeter options will be on display. An Active Matrix MicroLED showcase display will welcome visitors into the booth while sharing the capabilities of this advancing technology.

“We’re thrilled about recent breakthroughs and the progress we’ve made in our journey to develop and manufacture MicroLED technology,” said Adam Gilliland, Daktronics product manager. “Showcasing this prototype in our booth is exciting as it will bring momentum to true MicroLED solutions being used in the large-scale LED display market.”

The module wall and Speed Frame mounting solution are located on the far wall of the booth to show the differences in pixel spacings and how each can be used in specific applications. The Speed Frame highlights the solution engineered to allow for quick and easy installation of dvLED solutions.

The street furniture and floor displays show the expansive opportunities for LED technology for street-level applications outdoors to war rooms and other instances when standing on the display is not only beneficial, but critical.

Near the MicroLED showcase is a column partially wrapped in Daktronics’ bendable dvLED solution. This product lets customers and end users push the limits of what can be covered in light. It leverages our COB LEDs by mounting them directly to the display and implements a flexible printed circuit board enclosed in a rubber housing. This allows the tile to conform smoothly to both concave and convex surfaces. This is the no-compromise curved LED surface that cutting-edge AV installations demand.

Camino and Grass Valley
Extending Daktronics’ strategic partnership with Grass Valley, the company’s latest version of Camino will be showcased with Grass Valley inside Diversified’s booth in the North Hall #N7575-MR. See firsthand the integration of our real-time rendering capabilities and Grass Valley’s production equipment.
