Everlight’s novel dual-color LED packages—functioning as taillights (red light) and autonomous driving assist lights (cyan light)—combine high-output flip chips with phosphor-in-glass (PiG) to ensure high reliability under conditions of elevated temperature and humidity.

In response to the trend toward intelligent ambient lighting, Everlight launched the ISELED-certified 3534 RGB LED, already adopted by Korean automakers and expected in Europe by 2H25. The 3030 LED ambient light is used in both interior and exterior applications. For Mini LED taillights and communication displays, the company showcased its AEC-Q102-certified CSP LED, while the 1515 LED offers enhanced optical uniformity for taillights and automotive displays.

The company also showcased comprehensive LED package solutions for lighting, appliances, industrial, and UV applications—including the 2835 (commercial and residential lighting), 3030 (high brightness and dual color temperature), 4014 (appliance interior lighting), and 5050 (outdoor and industrial use) solutions.

Everlight’s UV series supports diverse uses—UVA for curing, UVB for medical and horticulture lighting, and UVC for sterilization—and offers modular, customizable designs for easy system integration and product development.

Hongli showcased automotive-grade LEDs and automotive lighting application solutions, including ultra-high-definition Mini LED video walls and combination taillights used in Huawei’s AITO M7.

Regarding automotive-grade LED packaging, Hongli launched PPA/EMC/ceramic LEDs for all types of vehicle lighting, including high and low beams, DRLs, stop lights, front/rear position lights, turn signals, and various interior lights. These cost-effective products feature long lifespan, covering a full power range from 0.01W to 36W.

The clothing light features a low-power, third-gen four-wave spectrum source, using multi-spectral chip mixing to enhance color rendering and garment depth.

Additionally, LEDVANCE’s dining lights provide professional-grade high-CRI light sources, using an efficient LED lighting system to present the true colors of food.

The company also displayed a high-end lighting product with a CRI of 90R and luminous efficacy reaching 200–220 lumens per watt (lm/W). This model addresses the core issue of moisture sensitivity in KSF phosphor powder through special coating technology and high-precision centrifugal sedimentation, resulting in high color stability, minimal color shift, and ultra-high luminous efficiency.

CITIZEN (CITILED), a market leader in lighting COB LEDs, presented upgraded products including the Type-F series for improved light spots and uniformity, the high-CRI UQ series for museum lighting, and a 1200K amber COB for ambient use. The latest Type-F, with a 2.4mm LES and CRI 97, supports spotlight miniaturization.

Additionally, according to research from TrendForce, to reduce SKUs for lighting distributors and wholesalers, dual-color tunable mixed-light COB LED products are gradually gaining market acceptance, especially in China and North America. As a result, many international package manufacturers have launched tunable white COB LEDs over the past two years.

Hongli showcased full-spectrum SMD/COB products for healthy lighting, using chip-scale packaging to simulate natural light shifts (2700K–6500K). Paired with intelligent systems, they offer low blue light (400–500nm range, accounting less than 0.6% of total output) and meet key spectral standards, making them ideal for desk lamps, downlights, and spotlights.
