EarthTronics Appionts Diane M. Pena as Regional Sales Manager

EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative energy efficient lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact for its customers, announced today that is has appointed Diane M. Pena as Regional Sales Manager. Pena will be responsible for commercial sales through manufacturers rep agencies, electrical distribution, lighting showrooms, ESCOs, contractors and national accounts.

Prior to joining EarthTronics, Pena served as a regional sales manager at Atlas Lighting Products, Burlington, N.C., where she was responsible for developing brand allegiance and growing sales with channel partners, including commercial and industrial rep agencies, distributors and commercial customers. Pena also served as a marketing analyst, customer service manager and an LED production manager in her previous assignments for Atlas Lighting, Switch Lighting, Cary, N.C., and Cooper Industries, Peachtree, Ga.

“Pena has the lighting knowledge and expertise of building a strong sales networks, while establishing excellent relationships with manufacturers rep agencies, distributors, showrooms, ESCOs and commercial customers,” said Kevin Youngquist, Executive Vice President North America. “As we continue to expand our sales operations to deliver energy efficient lighting solutions, Diane will help us recruit, hire and train manufacturers rep agencies to strengthen our commercial business network.”

Pena has a Bachelor of Professional Studies with a concentration in Marketing from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
