Taiwan International Lighting Show 2011- I: Chip Makers

90% of the booths at this year’s Taiwan International Lighting Show are LED-related, including LED chip makers, LED package makers, package material manufacturers and lighting vendors. Besides, LED packaging system manufacturers attend the exhibition as well. Furthermore, HGD lights and promise lights are also exhibited.

It is estimated that Forepi will release the latest white LED chip in 2Q11, including Vertical chip and Face-up chip, which do not require phosphor during the packaging process anymore. Due to conformal coating, it becomes easier for manufacturers to package. Moreover, uniform beam pattern and high thermal conductivity (CCT Variation <0.01) are included (100~120 lm/w; 6500K). Currently, Forepi provides their clients with ODM service.

• Guide light: A new choice of night light and indication system. The performance has been improved from that of floor reflector. 

• Plant growing light: A great enhancement for managing human-control plant factory. It resolves the issue of decreasing cultivated land.

• 4W chicken raising light: It features special heat dissipation design and is dust-proof and water-proof.
